- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Heavy Equipment Rental) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-10-Q-0009 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-37. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 532412. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 7353. The small business size standards are 7.0 million USD. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is W038. This solicitation is for the procurement for the Rental of Heavy Equipment. CLIN 0001140H to 160H or equal Road Grader with a 14' to 16' blade, rippers, enclosed cab, A/C and heat. Tires are to have 20/32 inch tread or greater. CLIN 000235 to 40 articulated Rock Dump Truck with enclosed cab, A/C and heat. Tires are to have 20/32 inch tread or greater. CLIN 0003966G or equal Front End Loader, 5 yard bucket (toothed or smooth), forks, enclosed cab, A/C and heat. Tires are to have 20/32 inch tread or greater. CLIN 00048000 gallon articulated Water Truck with fire hose, adapter to fire hydrant and hydrant wrench. Tires are to have 20/32 inch tread or greater.
