THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE USEPA CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT EP-W-07-104. REQUESTS AND/OR INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED. IT IS THE INTENT OF THE USEPA TO APPROVE A WORK ASSIGNMENT UNDER THIS EXISTING CONTRACT. The purpose of this announcement is to obligate a total of $22,970 for the Domingo Pueblo LUST Site Work Assignment Amendment. This work will require the contractor to revise the EPA Region 6 Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP), finalize the Site Characterization Report prepared in October 2008, abandon the four groundwater monitoring wells at the Domingo Trading Post site, and prepare a Well Removal Report documenting the well abandonment procedures.
