- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. W912CM-10-T-0034 Request For Quote (RFQ) is issued under full and open competition and will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced contract. Applicable NAICS code is 561210. Period of Performance: Will start on 01 January 2010 and last until 30 September 2012 The proposed contract will be a 9 month base with (2) two one year options. Place of Performance: The work will occur at Sembach Air Base, BLDG 214 as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Solicitation Closing / Quote Submittal Deadline: Quotes shall be received not later than 16:00 (4:00 PM), 18 December 2009, Local Time Kaiserslautern, Germany. Quotes received after the deadline shall be automatically disqualified and shall not be considered. Submittal of Quotes: Quotes shall be submitted directly to the Point of Contact (POC): Troy J Strifler, Contract Specialist, 409th Contract Support Brigade - Europe, Wiesbaden Contracting Command, Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) Group. The quote shall be e-mailed to the POC at troy.j.strifler@us.army.mil Evaluation of Quotes: Award of contract resulting from this solicitation will be made using lowest price, technically acceptable source selection process. In order to be technically acceptable, the offeror must have the minimum experience as described below and acceptable past performance relevant to the size and scope of this requirement. 1. Experience: In order to be rated acceptable, the offeror shall provide a listing of at least three (3) years of experience performed within the last five (5) years relevant to size and scope of the requirement described in the PWS. The listing shall provide contract numbers, monetary annual contract amount, name of organization the contract is/was with, point of contact, telephone number, fax and email address. The contact information provided must be current, i.e. name, telephone number and/or email address. 2. Past Performance: Acceptable performance means that the contractor met contract requirements to the satisfaction of the Government and any incident of deficiencies or defects were satisfactorily resolved and has no termination for default of the contracts performed during the last three (3) years. The Government may reject a Quote if it is found that any information that has a negative impact on the Offerors past performance record has been deleted, misrepresented, or withheld. 3.
