- RECOVERY: THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) ACTION. West Side Bridge Repair Project. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors under firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts established by the US Forest Service. Multiple awards of IDIQ contracts were made under a single competitive solicitation for the same or similar supplies or services to two or more sources. The project is to complete repair and reconditioning work on eight (8) South-West Side bridges on the Plumas National Forest. Work will consist of repair of decks and running surgaces, repair or replacement of railings and curbs, repair to concrete and wood superstructure, and placing riprap rock erosion protection. The project location is the Plumas National Forest, CA. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the IDIQ contractor who provides the best value to the Government.
