- The VA National Acquisition Center is issuing Request for Information (RFI) VA-797M-10-RI-0035 for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Great Lakes Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) to identify potential sources which manufacture a fully automated, stand-alone device for erecting boxes used for shipping. The device must be able to accommodate multiple box sizes. The integrity of sealed boxes must be sufficient to withstand handling by common carriers (e.g.: UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). Please notify the individual listed on this announcement of your capabilities by or before December 17, 2009. In addition, please include any information if you presently offer this system on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. NAICS Code 333993 and Small Business Size Standard 500 employees are applicable to determine business size standard. No solicitation is currently published, pending, or available.
