Description

B&W Y-12, LLC (hereafter known as "the Company" - for additional company information, see website - www.y12.doe.gov), acting under its Prime Contract No.DE-AC05-000R22800 with the United States Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA), is soliciting an Expression of Interest (EOI) for execution of "build to print" gloveboxes over the course of the next several years for use at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. These gloveboxes are to be built to NQA-1 requirements. The Company anticipates awarding up to five (5) or six (6) Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) under this procurement action. Award of any glovebox fabrication task release is contingent upon funding for these task releases, and actual work award will be at the task release level. It is the intent of the Company to secure Small Business subcontractors capable of performing the required activities for the upcoming task releases.
