Description

NSN 1560-01-271-1112, PR number 0023117865, Transparancy-Canopy used on the AV-8B Harrier Aircraft. Solicitation is for 18 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 350 days After Receipt of Order. Approved sources are McDonnell Douglas Corp., CAGE 76301 and GKN Aerospace Transparency Systems, CAGE 86175. P/N 75A352810-1009. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is December 22, 2009 with a closing date of January 22, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
