Description
PR No: IQC09334009011; This solicitation will contain 1NSN for a Cap, Lens. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract with a base year with four one-year options. The NSN and Minimum and Maximum quantities are as follows: NSN: 5855-01-525-8710 Approved Sole Source: ITT Corp., CAGE 13567 P/N: 270155-1 Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (base Year Only): 936 each Minimum per delivery order: 936 each Maximum per delivery order: 3,744 each Estimated Annual Quantity: 3,744 each Maximum Annual Quantity: 7,488 each Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 112 days ARO. Surge requirements do not apply. Other than full and open competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about December 20, 2009. The anticipated award date is February 28, 2010. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Small Business Subcontracting Plan not required.
