Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office and Related Space Nogales, AZ The United States Government seeks to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 9,315 rentable square feet in Nogales, Arizona. The space should yield between 8,100 and 8,910 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. Thirty-five (35) surface, reserved parking spaces are required. The proposed lease is for 5 years, 3 years firm and should be fully serviced. The space will be used by the Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The government seeks occupancy approximately May 1, 2010. The delineated area is within a one (1) mile radius of the Mariposa Land Port of Entry, 120 N. Mariposa Rd., Nogales, Arizona 85621. The offered space must meet the Federal Government’s standards for fire safety, seismic, accessibility, security, and must not be located within a 100 year floodplain. Offers must be submitted by owner(s) or by authorized representatives of the owner(s) only. Expressions of interest must arrive at the following address by 4:00 PM on December 11, 2009: U.S. General Services Administration Frances Manning, Contracting Officer 300 West Congress St. Suite 5W Tucson, AZ 85701 (520) 620-7001 frances.manning@gsa.gov Expressions of interest must include the following information: •Building name and address •Rentable square feet available and the expected rental rate per rentable square foot •ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and the expected rental rate per OASF •Date of space availability •Method of rentable space measurement •Building ownership information •Amount and type of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking •List of building services provided In the event that a potential Offeror fails to provide specific expected rental rate or other required information as part of its response to this advertisement, the Government reserves the right to assume that the building in question cannot meet the Government’s requirements.
