- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirement associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the order incorporated contract clauses required for projects using Recovery Act American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the Forest Service awarded a fixed price task order under its competitively awarded Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract number AG-447U-C-09-0054 for replacing 3 deficient bridges on the Tombigbee National Forest in Mississippi. The task order was competed under the exisiting Multiple Award Task Order Contract.
