- Wage Determination Additional Docs SF 18 This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for Janitorial Services (Includes Window and Carpet Cleaning) for the Los Padres National Forest Mpt Pinos Ranger District in Frazier Park California (See attached RFQ AG-91Y9-S-10-0002) This procurement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to 626-821-6799 or email (kcarvajal@fs.fed.us). This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
