Kirlin Special Projects, LLC, W91278-08-D-0055 or W912DY-08-D-0023; Syska Hennessy Group Construction Inc., W91278-08-D-0056 or W912DY-08-D-0021; J and J Maintenance, Inc., W91278-08-D-0057 or W912DY-08-D-0024; and Linc Government Services, LLC, W91278-08-D-0058 or W912DY-08-D-0022, under the Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization Defense-Wide: Tricare Management Activity (TMA) Program. This Recovery Act approved project, Modernize Utilities and Medical Functions at Health Clinic Building 4390, involves the complete renewal of the existing 6,000 sq. ft. administrative, logistics storage, and prosthetic laboratory facility originally constructed in 1940. A 600 sq. ft. addition will be constructed to provide additional space for the logistics and prosthetic laboratory areas. The renewal work will upgrade interior and exterior finishes, functional use and system integrity of the facility by renewing existing heating, plumbing, electrical, lighting, communication, and data. A new fire suppression system will be provided. Facility public areas and toilet facilities will be brought up to current ADA requirements.
