Description
0001: U/G Fire Alarm Eq: Upgrade the Ft. Leonard Wood fire alarm and reporting system to include replacement of 45 Monaco BT2 and 3 transmitters with Monaco BT-XF transmitters or equal, transmitters must report directly to the central receiving station without any interface required; replace the Ft. Leonard Wood and E-911 center with wireless Monaco D-21 Transceiver or equal, Central Receiving System: transceiver shall be capable of operating on a single frequency of VHF bandwidth (138.925MHz) using shared software that will allow both DTMF and FSK protocols. Re-use of existing antenna network for FSK upgrade is permitted. The transmission range shall be capable of line of sight transmission between E911 Center at Waynesville and Bldg 580, Fire Station One at Fort Leonard Wood communicating with building transceivers throughout the post. The Central Receiving System shall be capable of plugging into the buildings electrical system and the building backup generator system, Software: shall be a Windows-based Central Receiving and Management System that is compatible with DTMF and FSK Receivers. The software shall be capable of additional software upgrades such as D-21 Mapping, D-21 Command Decision Display Tools, D-21 Shortest Route, and D-21 HazMat Plume Projection with Weather Station,Rack System: shall be either flush mount or wall mount depending on what is required for each location. The rack system, if wall mount, shall be 19 inch.
