These items are expected to support various Marine aircraft simulators, to include the CH-46, CH-53, UH-1, MV-22, and the F-18. This request for information (RFI) stems from road transportation constraints put in place by the authorities in Okinawa. Relocation of the enclosures may be necessary in the future. Thus, they must be built to meet the specified regulations for that area. The provided file, entitled “Project Requirements, Okinawa CFTDs.pdf,” offers details that responses should be based on. RESPONSE FORMAT. -- Submit floor plans and sketches presented on no more than five (5) 8 1/2” x 11” pages. -- Support the provided illustrations with a write-up that does not exceed one (1) page. NAWCTSD is neither negotiating nor calling for proposals during this process. This RFI does not constitute a commitment on the part of the government to purchase or acquire goods or services. All responses to this request for information are voluntary, and the government will not reimburse travel or preparation expenses for this RFI. In addition, responses shall not be provided for any submissions forwarded in response to this request.
