- Request for Comment - Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) Program This is a request for comment only. Do not submit a proposal or quote. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) is soliciting for comments related to the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the T4 Program. The PWS is for the upcoming T4 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multi-award task order contract for Information Technology (IT) Services. After reviewing the DRAFT PWS attachment within this announcement, interested and capable contractors are invited to provide responses to the following questions. Responses should follow this format and be submitted electronically as one complete document. Solicitation Number VA118-10-RP-0052 has been assigned for tracking purposes only.
