- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) has a requirement to replace the existing Nortel Meridian Option 81c Phone System including Meridian Mail, with a Voice over internet Protocal (VoIP) or VoIP hybrid type phone system. The NCTC is a multi-building campus with 3 distinct functions: a lodging/hospitality environment, a business environment, and a classroom/training environment. Implementation target dates are February 2010 for the lodging/hospitality environment and August 2010 for the business and classroom/training environments. RFP 98210AR125 will be available on or about December 14, 2009 at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
