- Description
- Hazardous Waste Removal, Transportation and Disposal Services from various U.S. Military and Government activities in the Sasebo, Japan area. The Solicitation is expected to be issued on or after February 10, 2010 with responses due on or after March 10, 2010. The solicitation will be available for download on the DRMS webpage: http://www.drms.dla.mil/newproc/solicitations.shtml. The Solicitation will result in a single, firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The contract will have an 18-month base period with the Government unilateral right to exercise two 18-month option periods. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Offerors must have all required prefectural permits, registrations, and licenses to perform work in the country of Japan. In addition, the successful offeror must be licensed and registered to enter and stay in Japan in compliance with local law. The Government does not provide the contractor with SOFA status or any logistical support under the resultant contract.
