Description

RECOVERY TAS::14 1041:: TAS RECOVERY CRCR PMIS #156772 CROW CREEK TRIBAL SCHOOL REPLACEMENT This project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requirements of the Act. The project is located on the Crow Creek Sioux Indian Reservation at Stephan (Hyde County), South Dakota (Stephan, SD is approximately 50 miles east of Pierre, SD). The original Presolicitiation notice contained an incorrect response deadline, to wit, "All Design-Build (D-B) firms have until 4:00 P.M. (Mountain Time Zone), January 30, 2010 [sic]...." The correct response deadline is 4:00 P.M. (Mountain Time Zone), January 7, 2010. The original Presolicitation notice stated, "A price proposal will be required along with the technical and management proposals and a sub-contracting plan - large business contractors will be expected to subcontract at least 25% of the award total to small business." As a clarification, this sentence now reads, "A price proposal will be required along with the technical and management proposals and a sub-contracting plan, which will include addressing the Indian Preference Requirements - large business contractors will be expected to subcontract at least 25% of the award total to small business."
