- PURPOSE The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is conducting a market investigation to seek potential vendors that could fulfill the below requirement. This sources-sought announcement is not a request for proposals and the government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement. No solicitation package is available at this time and request for solicitation packages will not receive a response. The applicable NAICS code is 621498 with a size standard of $10.0 million. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. MISSION The mission of the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care facility in Belcourt, North Dakota is to provide the best possible health care services to the Native American population on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation. To meet the mission, the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care facility requires the Contractor to support and assist the Hospital in the provision of Polysomnography (PSG) testing services. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provide certain sleep testing services to satisfy the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care facility and community needs for quality sleep testing. 2. Provide in-service training for medical and nursing staff of the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care facility upon reasonable request of the Hospital. 3. Provide quality personnel to perform the services who are Respiratory Therapists or Polysomnography Technicians. Contractor will ensure that personnel provided to perform the services meet the Hospital's and applicable regulatory competency and proficiency standards and make available documentation of such competency and proficiency as requested by the Hospital. 4. Contractor shall provide, maintain and make available the equipment reasonably necessary for the provision at the Hospital of the services. The equipment shall include, but not be limited to all equipment necessary for a multi-channel Polysomnography sleep study and nasal CPAP equipment. 5. Contractor shall provide all supplies necessary to provide the requested services. 6. Contractor agrees to abide by the rules and regulations established by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO) or other regulatory agencies as determined by local, state and federal authorities, and also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care facility and the Indian Health Service.
