- The purpose of this notice is to annouce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 9 intends to award a contract for CBOC Services in Giles County in the State of Tennessee to provide for primary care services and Mental Health Services for eligible veterans residing in the local area. The contract will be written for a Base Year and Three (3) option years. The RFP will be issued on or about November 30, 2009.
