- Dry Ice for Guard Reserve Sales in Marietta, GA. Fort Gillem Commissary will host several guard reserve sales for the Dobbins ARB. The Base Period of Performance will be February 5, 2009 - November 7, 2010. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about December 9, 2009, with a tentative closing date of December 24, 2009. The anticipated award date will be January 15, 2010. This procurement is being issued as Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 312113 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ.
