Description

Solicitation Number SPM4A810R0011 replaces SPM4A809R0008. Procurement for Upgrade of a Cable Reel System in accordance with Purchase Description 09-17-1011 and 10-17-1002. The contractor shall ship to Customer’s facility Commanding Officer, Naval Air Warfare Center AC DIV, Lakehurst, NJ and install Cable Reel System. Quantity is 1 each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Contract. Solicitation will be full and open competition procedures. Contractor shall be responsible for design, equipment and installation. QAP 175 is used for this requirement. FOB at Destination and Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 365 days after receipt of contract. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price, technically acceptable, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 30 November 2009.
