- In accordance with FAR 9.2 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Repair Qualification Requirements (RQR's) for the repair and/or overhaul of the NSNs/PNs/Nouns listed below. This means that a company must go through a source approval process. This notice does not mean that the Air Force is contemplating repair and/or overhaul these items in the near future. This notice does not mean the Air Force possess the data required for the repair/overhaul of these items.
