Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation numberVA-786-10-RP-0031 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish inscription service for blank marble niche covers to the Government for Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, SD 57785 from date of contract award through 30 September 2010 with 4 one year options if exercised by the Government. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard of 500 Employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to deliver the completed product to the cemetery within twenty (20) calendar days from the date the order was issued by Memorial Program Services (MPS). Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around November 27, 2009. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., December 18, 2009. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
