Description
VANTHCS, VISN 17, anticipates a sole source procurement for maintenance services for assorted, existing Dictaphone - Nuance equipment, located in the Radiology Department, Dallas VA Medical Center, which includes proprietary software, from Dictaphone - Nuance Corp., 3984 Pepsi Cola Drive, Melbourne, FL. 32934. This procurement will be processed under the simplified acquisition procedures. The NAICS code is 334611, and the SBA standard is 500 employees. The following equipment will be covered by this contract: OPSHM01-006 (16) Microphone USB Scanner PowerMic; OPSTEST-FLD (1) Lic SW Powerscribe 3.0 Test SYS; OPSWTEL-UPG (1) Lic, Upgrade, Telephon Y, PSW; OPSWAPI (2) License API Server License Fee; OPSWPOS (1) License Powerexp SW Off-shelf; OPSRSEP (72) License PS Workstation Self ED; OPSWREC (1) License Recognition Server SW; OPSRWSS-UPG (1) SW Upgrd Psrw 4.6 Single Proce; OPSRWSD-FLD (1) SW Web Server PSW 2 Processors; OPSHM01-004 (22) Microphone, USB, Scanner, POWE; OPSHM01-005 (3) Microphone, USB, Scanner PowerMic. No solicitation will be issued; no telephone requests will be accepted and no written document will be available. A determination by the Government, not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
