11-25-09 - MODIFIED TO CANCEL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SPM4A610-R-0238 IN ITS ENTIRETY. Purchase Request number IQC09267009045, NSN 5342-01-190-7735, The item is to be utilized on a 1 ¼ -TON (HMMWV) VEHICLE SYSTEM TRUCK. Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0238; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE; FULL & OPEN COMPETITION AFTER EXCLUSION OF SOURCES. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 1182 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 1182 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 4728 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 4728 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 9456 each for the base and option years. This requirement is in accordance with basic drawing 12339178. Rev B, dtd 08/27/1990, Shelf Life of 36 months. FOB Destination., Inspection and Acceptance @ Destination. Delivery is 30 days ARO for the base and option years. This procurement has a surge and sustainment requirement which consists of a MWR quantity of 61, FOB Destination – Every 30 days starting 30 days ARO; 9960 Surge Cap, 1 ea UNPR due with offer; 9961 Surge Test Plan, 1 ea, UNPR if required after award; 9962 Surge Testing, 1 ea UNPR if required after award; and 9963 Surge Report, 1 ea UNPR if required after award. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is December 04, 2009 & closing date of January 04, 2010.
