- Road Info Map Eval Criteria Schedule of Items Scope (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (4) The following provisions in their latest editions apply to the solicitation: FAR 52.203-15, Whistleblower Protection for Contractor Employee, FAR 52.204-7 Central Contract Registration, FAR 204-11, ARRA Reporting Requirements, FAR 52.209-9000 Organizational and Consultant Conflicts of Interest, FAR 52.222-3 Convict Labor, FAR 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity, FAR 52.225-21, FAR 52.225-22, FAR 52.232-21 Prohibition of Segregated Facilities, FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration, FAR 52.233-3 Protest After Award, FAR 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference, FAR 52.252-6 Authorized Deviations in Clauses. (5)This solicitation is issued under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and all requirements of the Act apply including the requirement to register and report at www.federalreporting.gov. The appropriate clauses are included under subparagraph (b) above. (6) Quotes should be submitted using the Schedule of Items (SOI) form attached, and must be valid for thirty (30) days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offeror’s responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. (7) The NAICS code for this requirement is 237310, and the small business size standard is $33.5M. To be eligible for award, registration in the Centralized Contractor Registration Database is mandatory. Quote/Offers are due on or before 1700 EST December 10, 2009. Late quotes/offers will not be considered. Quotes/offers received after date set for receipt of quotes will be rejected. (8) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
