Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, solicitation No. N0010410QQ213, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NAVAIR patuxent River, MD has a requirement for the continued support of COGNOS IBM Brand software for the 12 month period beginning 1n December 2009. A listing of the requirements, including description and dates, is attached to this notice. This notice is restricted to those vendors which are IBM passport advantage resellers which are also small business. Small business is defined for NAICS code 541519, 150 employees. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 applies. Award will be based solely on the evaluation of the lowest price from a vendor that satisfies the small business and reseller criteria of this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-3 applies. The successful vendor shall certify their status as a small business. The provisions at FAR 52.212-4 apply. Electronic invoicing is available through WAWF. The provisions at FAR 52.212-5 apply. This solicitation includes clause FAR 52.219-6.
