PRICING SCHEDULE. PLEASE COMPLETE AND RETURN WITH BID ATTACHMENT 1. PLEASE RETURN PAGE 1 WITH BID The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) APHIS/PPQ/ (Plant Protection and Quarantine) facility in Idaho Falls, ID is planning to procure 2ea sludge bins used to hold the water and sludge that comes from the laboratory soil sample waste. The sludge is pushed out through a pipe that fits into the bin. The hole and fitting for the pipe must be exact at a 9" diameter and located 30" from the dump gate side and 4" from the top. The opposite side will also need a 9" diameter pipe fitted hole which needs to be 45" from the side and 11.5 " from the top. Once the bin is full a contracted company will take the full bins to a designated location and dump them and return the empty bins. Please no sling back top bins. The Bins need to be 26' in Length X 8' 4" in Width X 4' 6" in Height with a flat front. Must have a split rolling roof for safety and ease purposes. Need to have an opening back door for dumping and a designated pipe hook up. Please provide pictures or brochure with quote if possible. Company must be able to deliver to location.
