- This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) is being executed utilizing Full and Open Competition – 100% Small Business Set-Aside procedures for NSN 2840-00-816-8648 for project IQC093328009004.The OEM for this item is United Technology Corp/Pratt & Whitney {77445}, drawing number 77445 415703 to procure a Bolt Assembly, Gang Channel for the {04F} – Stratofortress B-52 Aircraft. Configuration Control Applies. This is an Export controlled item. The delivery terms will be FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Contractor First Article Test applies. The required delivery schedule is 408 DARO with Contractor’s First Article Testing. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
