- SF-1449, SUBSISTENCE, 2ND QTR, FY-10 COVER LETTER, SUBSISTENCE, 2ND QTR, FY-10 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), Victorville, CA, intends to make an award for food service subsistence, 2nd Quarter bid, fiscal year 2010, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Victorville. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract. The award will be made to the responsible business/individual who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government. The solicitation will be available on November 25, 2009, 2009, and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies will also be made available if necessary. The website provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on December 14, 2009 at 2:00 pm pacific standard time. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website is www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
