Description
This request is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a Request for Proposal. However, interested parties may identify their interest and respond to this announcement. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) located in Washington, DC is seeking sources for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) General Construction Services contract for various construction projects at the BEP. Offerors shall be subject to an initial evaluation of "Go"/"No-Go" factors. The "Go/"No-Go" evaluation factors are as follows: • The Offeror must be a licensed general construction contractor. • The Project Manager and Superintendent, both intended to be key personnel under the solicitation, must be able to pass a background investigation for unescorted access into the Facility. • The Offeror must demonstrate its ability to receive documents in PDF format. • The Offeror must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors must receive a "Go" rating on all four (4) of the above factors to be considered for further evaluation. An Offeror receiving a "No-Go" rating will not be considered for further evaluation for an award. The acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside. It has been determined that competition will be limited to small business firms located within the Washington, DC Metro Area. Everyone replying to this announcement must indicate their business size in accordance with its CCR registration under the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed is 236220.. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be made available to those Offerors being considered for an award. The solicitation will be available in approximately 30 calendar days from the date of this announcement; no further information will be made until after the solicitation is released.
