Description

Solicitation for Golconda JCC THIS IS A SOLICIATION to all certified HUBZone firms (as mentioned within the pre-solicitation) concerning the Golconda Job Corps Center for the design and renovation of multiple buildings, as well as the repair and replacement of HVAC systems at multiple buildings. Please find attached the solicitation and a hyperlink to the Planning, Design, and Construction Administration Guidelines for A-Es (JCH-814). A SITE VISIT is scheduled for Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. CST and the point of contact is Vadim Molot, Project Manager (703) 516-2238. Site visits are encouraged but are not mandatory. QUESTIONS ARE DUE December 3, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. EST and must be transmitted via e-mail to holst.miriam@dol.gov. All PROPOSALS ARE DUE December 15, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. EST (see Sections L and M for additional details).
