Description

Solicitation for South Bronx THIS IS A SOLICIATION to all certified HUBZone firms (as mentioned within the pre-solicitation) concerning the South Bronx Job Corps Center and Brooklyn Academy for the remediation of multiple deficiencies at various buildings throughout both Centers. Please find attached the solicitation and a hyperlink to the Planning, Design, and Construction Administration Guidelines for A-Es (JCH-814). Vendors may schedule SITE VISITs upon request. Last site visit will be conducted no later than December 2, 2009. Please contact Ricardo Carrasco, Project Manager (703) 516-2260 in order to arrange a visit. QUESTIONS ARE DUE December 3, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. EST and must be transmitted via e-mail to holst.miriam@dol.gov. All PROPOSALS ARE DUE December 15, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. EST (see Sections L and M for additional details).
