- Services to be provided for VA's West Haven Campus located at 950 Campbell Avenue in West Haven, CT. Services will be required for providing cardiac anesthesiology services on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed amount of hours, during the performance period of the contract which will be for one year from Date of Award. Solicitation package will include four additional option year periods. NAICS code 621111 applies to the procurement. The solicitation package (approximately 70 pages) can be viewed or downloaded at no charge, from the link on this page (if no link is shown then solicitation has not been posted yet). Solicitation shall be posted on or about 11/24/09. Should interested parties wish to obtain a copy of the solicitation package, it is available for a non-refundable fee of $40, payable by certified check or money order to VA Connecticut Healthcare System.
