Description
Solicitation IQC09306009008 will contain one NSN 6320-01-449-0043 for a Panel Airflow, End Item Application/ Weapon System: VARIOUS NAVY END ITEMS. This requirement will be solicited for award of a Stock/DLA Direct Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be procured IAW available drawings as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside; Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources procedure. Contractor First Article Testing is required; however, vendors may submit request for waiver of the FAT. Pricing for the FAT CLIN must still be provided at time of proposal submission. Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) and Maximum Annual Quantity (MAQ) are as follows: Base and Four Option Years EAQ: 17 each: Base and Four Option Years MAQ: 35 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Origin, Delivery Schedule 390 days ARO with FAT, 210 days ARO if FAT is waived. Surge coverage is not required for this NSN. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are available and will be posted in the C folders. Instructions for obtaining the drawings will be posted in the solicitation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is estimated at December 14, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
