- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN ABINGDON, MD STAR #: 7MD2029 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 8,698 rentable square feet in Abingdon, MD. The space should yield 7,564 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require zero (0) parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Route 543 (Cresswell/Fountain Green Road) South: Route 24 (Emmorton Road) East: Route 1 (Bel Air Road) West: Route 7 (Philadelphia Road) The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 15, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
