Description
The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous industrial/flex space in Detroit, MI. The space offered must consist of a maximum of 10,000 rentable square feet, of which there should be a minimum of 6,000 and a maximum of 6,500 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (formerly usable) of office space. The Government will require 10 reserved surface parking spaces onsite, and the lease must be fully serviced. The offered building must have at least one (1) drive-in door. DELINEATED AREA: The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: City Limits of Detroit, Michigan LEASE TERM: The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after five (5) years. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2010. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space for consideration. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
