- United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space In EL Paso, TX SFO#6TX0508 The United States Government seeks to lease class 'A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 7,101 rentable square feet in the El Paso, TX. The space should yield approximately 6,175-6,300 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require twenty-five (25) secured and covered parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: Western Edge - Texas/New Mexico border Eastern Edge - Franklin Mountains Northern Edge - The east/west highways of 273, 28, and 375 Southern Edge - West Schuster and East Schuster Ave. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 31, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Interested parties are to contact the broker and may submit pertinent information no later than the close of business on December 7, 2009.
