Description

RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Contract No. 200-2009-30522) to Massachusetts Biological Laboratory (Doing Business As: MassBiologics) for the following vaccines: MassBiologics Tetanus and Diptheria Toxoid Absorbed (Adult) NDC: 14326-0111-03 QTY: 5,898 doses The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to MassBiologics under Contract Number 200-2009-30522 which was previously competed and awarded in fiscal year 2009 This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program.
