Description
SPM7M210R0023-The proposed procurement is for NSN 5990-00-852-2369 for qualified products listed manufacturers at time of award. Item description is Synchro, Receiver-Transmitter made I/A/W SAE AS20708 REFNO AMEND NR TYPE NUMBER M20708/74-01A I/A/W SAE AS20708/74 BASIC AMEND NR TYPE NUMBER M20708/74-01A. THIS NSN IS LISTED AS A PRIMARY QPL OR QML THEREFORE THE QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST OR QUALIFIED MANUFACTURERS LIST IS APPLICABLE.Contract type is firm-fixed price for a basic quantity of 158, 107 are to be shipped to New Cumberland PA 17070-5002, 51 are to be shipped to Tracy CA 95304-5000. Solicitation contains a 100% option which may or may not be exercised within the delivery period. Solicitation is Unrestricted. Requested delivery is 270 days, FOB Destination, inspection at Destination. The drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network.
