Description

The General Services of Administration is seeking new space for approximately 165,000 rentable square feet which equates to 143,478 usable square feet of office space, storage area, break room area, computer room, health room, conference, interview room, library, and training area with 24 reserved parking spaces for government vehicles. First consideration will be the Central Business District (CBD) of Atlanta which is bounded by North on North Avenue, South on I-20, West on Northside Drive, and East on Boulevard. The areas that will be accepted are: North on to extend to 10th Street, South on I-20/Abernathy, West on Northside Drive, and East on Boulevard. Other items considered: A New lease facility must meet a LEED Silver Rating. An existing lease location must optimize the energy efficiency standards and meet the guiding principles of E013423. The government must have access to parking spaces 7 days a week/24 hours. Required: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as a part of the rental consideration.
