- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled NASA HEADQUATERS WEB SERVICES,NNH09274133R, which was posted on Aug 25, 2009. NASA Headquarters estimates that therelease of the final RFP will occur on or about December 4, 2009. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over theInternet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may beaccessed using a WWW browser application.
