- PRON: AX9F5315AX, NSN: 8145-01-235-1530, P/N: 7-266100001-29, NOUN: SHIPPING & STORAGE, Quantity: Minimum/78 each Maximum/218 each, five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to BJ: A-64 (APACHE) with delivery to Tracy, CA 95304-5000. The proposed contract listed herein is 100% Small business only. The required delivery with First Article Testing is 78 each, 258 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The required delivery without First Article Testing is 78 each, 172 Days After Contract Award. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone request will be accepted. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, U.S.C., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, U.S.C., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore, foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored
