Description
FOR ANY INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Billie Thomas, Project Lead ADI Acquisition, 732-532-5260 The Government intends to modify Contract W15P7T-04-C-K402 with Raytheon Network Centric Systems (Raytheon) 1300 East Joppa Rd Baltimore, MD Cage 06845 to provide Organic RFF Depot Maintenance Capability. The Government does not possess a competitive technical data package for this capability. This is a Market Survey to determine if there are additional sources for the KIV-77 Remote Form Factor (RFF)and associated technical support expertise. Items required to support this effort include the following: Remote KIV Cradle Assembly 4085800-0501 5810-01-546-9229 Remote KIV Pod Assembly 4085726-0501 5810-01-547-0284 Remote KIV Pod Cable Assembly 4085729-0501 5995-01-54-1928CS (100 ft) Remote KIV Pod Cable Assembly 4084729-0502 5995-01-54-2962CS (50 ft) Remote KIV Pod Cable Assembly 4084729-0503 5995-01-54-2965CS (4 ft) The contractor must provide identification of the contractor as a Large or Small Business. If a Small business, please identify as an 8(a), HUB Zone, Disadvantaged, Woman-Owned, or non-disadvantaged. The contractor must provide Past Performance for this or a similar items demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the unit from the previous supplier. The contractor shall submit their part number, NSN or nomenclature and the date of the manufacturing effort of the same or similar item for which they have production experience. Government contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided. The contractor shall cite the quality standard (either government or Industry) that shall be in place for this effort. The contractor must provide information to show that he/she possesses, or shall possess, adequate facilities (equipment, tooling and space) to enable him or his subcontractors to produce this item. The contractor shall provide information on his production plan for this item, as the Government is not able to provide a technical data package. Suppliers capable of furnishing these units must so indicate, by writing to US Army, CERDEC,I2WD, Bldg 600, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000, ATTN: Billie Thomas.
