For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. *** PR: AX0F0049AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a minimum quantity of 150, up to 630 maximum, of an Aircraft Landing Light, NSN: 6220-01-105-6582, Part Number: 70553-01104-102 applicable to the BE (UH-60 (Blackhawk)) weapon system. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 150; 2nd Year, 120; 3rd Year, 120; 4th Year, 120; and 5th Year, 120. FOB Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255. Required delivery is 50 units 165 days after contract award (DACA) and 50 per month thereafter until contract completion. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. The only known sources for NSN: 6220-01-105-6582 are Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code: 78286, a large business and Grimes Aerospace Company, Cage Code: 72914, a large business. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
