- Please note this is NOT a request for SF330's or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The Illiana Health Care System, IHCS VAMC, Danville, IL, is conducting a market survey for qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, 8a, Woman-Owned, and Hub Zone small businesses capable of providing the required services for Project No. 550-10-101, Renovate Clinic Space, Building 98, Phase II. Applicable NAICS code is 541330, size standard $4.5 million. The construction cost range for this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax is acceptable) and received no later than 4pm local time on November 30, 2009. No telephone inquires will be accepted.Description of work to be performed includes: Architect/Engineer shall provide design services necessary to furnish: Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents, Technical Specifications, Construction Period Services, Site Visits, Cost Estimates, As-Built Documentation, and all other related information for Project 550-101-101, Renovate Clinic Space, Building 98, Phase II, at IHCS, Danville, IL. The design work includes renovation of approximately 35,000 square feet of clinical space in building 98. This project will allow for and include the 1) Renovation of all public and staff toilet spaces with in building 98, 2) Creation of new Pain Clinic space, 3) Creation of new Audiology Clinic space, 4) Creation of new Orthopedics Clinic space, 5) Creation of new Womens Health Clinic space, 6) Creation of new Capillary Nonprofusion space, 7) Creation of new Admissions space, 8) Sufficient space for staffing needs including, but not limited to nurse stations, offices, a break room, and a conference room, 9) All necessary mechanical spaces and data/telephone closets, and 10) All required site work and site utilities.
