- NAICS Code: 561492 NAICS Code: 561492 - Court Reporting and Stenotype Services with a Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of $7.0M. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)Subpart 12.6 and under the authority of FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued under Solicitation Number RFQ-DC-10-00035 and includes the incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-37. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561492 and is being conducted as a small, woman-owned business set-aside. The Statement of Work and RFQ can be found at the following URL: http://www.epa.gov/oamhpod1/admin_placement/1000035/index.htm The Government anticipates issue of a fixed-price (by labor hour) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for this requirement. The BPA will be issued for a base period of one year with four one-year options periods. Basis for Award: The Government will make award to the responsive, responsible firm, whose submission represents the best value to the Government. Instructions: FAR 52.212-1 "Instructions to Offerors - Commercial" applies to this acquisition. Offerors are to include a copy of FAR provision 52.212-3 "Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items" with their response. The following FAR clauses also apply: 52.212-4 "Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items" and 52.212-5 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items", with the clauses cited in 52.212-5 being applicable. Additional FAR clauses that apply to this synopsis/solicitation are as follows: 52.219-6 "Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside". The aforementioned provisions and clauses can be accessed electronically at http://acquisition.gov/comp/far/index.html. Prospective sources are reminded that award can only be made to a contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) database with an active Dun & Bradstreet Number.
