- Comprehensive VR surgical simulation audiovisual system that records multiple feeds digitally, handles annotation and debriefing, integrates with multiple types of simulators, builds search-able participant portfolios automatically and is a 100% web-based interface system. This solicitation is a request for quotations. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. Offers will only be accepted from small business concerns. The size standard for this effort is $25 Mil. NAICS 541512. Delivery: 30 days. FOB: Destination.
