Description
MAP DRAWING3 DRAWING2 DRAWING1 SCHEDULE RFQ SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary, located in San Francisco, CA seeks proposals for the installation of buoys that will be used to designate the Special Closure at Devils Slide Rock as included in the MLPA Initiative. Specifics are detailed in the attached Scope of Work. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under the NAICS 488390 with a small business size standard of $7M. The period of work for this contract will begin when the contractor receives the notice to proceed and will continue through 15 January 2010. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within ten (10) calendar days of publication. Vendors responding to RFQ must submit technical proposal and documentation that demonstrate qualifications and shall meet all requirements of this contract. It is expected that award will be made to lowest price technically acceptable proposal.
